Still Booked ("we," "us," or "our") provides automated missed-call follow-up and lead management services to roofing contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect phone numbers and names of individuals who call our clients' business lines. This information is provided by the caller when they initiate contact with our client's business.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to send follow-up SMS messages on behalf of the business that was called. We do not use this information for marketing unrelated to the original call, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

3. SMS Messaging

By calling a business that uses Still Booked, you may receive automated follow-up text messages from that business. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Data Retention

Contact information is retained for up to 90 days after the last interaction and then deleted, unless the business client requests earlier removal.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with the business client whose number you originally called.
