These Terms and Conditions govern the SMS messaging program operated by Still Booked on behalf of roofing contractor clients.

1. Program Description

Still Booked sends automated follow-up SMS messages to individuals who called a roofing contractor's business line and did not reach them. Messages are sent on behalf of the contractor to facilitate a callback or appointment.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per missed call event, spread over 3 days.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

6. Supported Carriers

Service is available on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Still Booked is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this messaging service beyond what is required by applicable law.
